What you are looking for is a client sided skin that replaces one of the standard CTs or Ts.
Iam not doing these kind of models, sorry.

However, since u play in LAN only anway, you could start a "dedicated" server instead of a listen (in game) server.
All you need for that is to download srcds and install mani admin plugin (think its the easiest plugin out there).
