Notes;
All models have decent physic models so humans can easily camp inside. The Jokerbomb is highly explosive and spawns tons of rubberducks on explode.
Spawnable with Eventscripts or grabber plugin or whatever else. Only 1,4MB download for everything. Thx Jamis

I love these props. My favorite is the tower that has the L4D zombie climb hands. IDk why, I just had some fun with it in Gmod. Like wieldling a chair and sitting in it
